This poster is a personal and pictorial record of your 14er climbs. It lists by range all of Colorado's 54 official 14,000-foot peaks, with names and elevation and a check-off box to record the date of your climb.

The poster is 18" x 24", printed in color on 150lb cover stock.

the Artist was R.L. Wogrin, a local Colorado resident and amazing artist.

We had the amazing pleasure of stilling down with him to discuss this print. He went to each location, some times for days through brush, and woods )not necessarily on the beating path) to get these incredible views of the peaks.  He first gained attention in 1980 when he began a series of paintings depicting all 54 of Colorado's famous 14,000-foot peaks. This collection garnered much attention as the George Phippen Memorial Museum acquired one piece and the Forbes Magazine Collection purchased three of the "Fourteener" painting from the “Sangre de Christo” range for their permanent art collection.

Born in Denver, he lived in and near the Rocky Mountains his entire life. In his youth, he spent much time in his family's mountain cabin and began a lifelong love affair with the beauty and splendor of the Rockies. Wogrin earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Denver in 1949.
He retired from painting in 2015, but in 2020 his career was capped when his sketches and paintings were featured throughout the book, "Colorado's Highest, The History of Naming the 14,000-Foot Peaks", written by Jeri L. Norgren and published by John Fielder.

He recently passed away after a long and fulfilling life at the age of 94.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this poster will go to The Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. to help protect and preserve the natural integrity of Colorado’s 54 14,000–foot peaks —the “Fourteeners”— through active stewardship and public education.
