Mount St Helens Solid Bronze Summit Markers
Prior to the eruption of May 18, 1980 Mount St. Helens stood at 9,677 ft. After the eruption the summit was reduced to 8,332 ft and was located on the opposite side of the mountain.
Our Mt St Helens summit markers are solid bronze, stamped exclusively for High Mountains by a U.S. mint and are artistic representations of the classic U.S. Geological Survey Markers. The markers are 3 ½ inches in diameter and 6 ¼ ounces in polished or antique bronze. Each contains the latest and most accurate information available for latitude, longitude and elevation based on the latest NAD83 and NAVD88 standards .
